Jamaica Guild of Artists cleans house Labour Day

On Monday, May 24, 2010 Guild members are asked to participate in a project to renew our Gallery and Office. There are a number of small and some major projects to be done.
Wish List:
Clear the rear room so that we can hang art work and open it to the public.
Paint our front door and other areas in need of painting
Organize the office so that is is less cluttered and the art work can be easily viewed.
Place plants on the front landing.
Create a banner for the banister so that people can find us easily.
Do an inventory of the art work currently in the gallery.
Clean the windows and remover the tape residue.
And more

With all hands on deck this will be a short, exciting day and get us together socially for the first time this year.
The Guild has exciting times ahead with the workshops we are planning and the opportunities that have been presented.

The Guild will supply drinks and all are asked to bring their lunch.
